Kristin has been an incredible influence to the development of my leadership journey.  Her insight and steady approach not only speaks to her pedigree, but her coaching has allowed me to be comfortable and confident with who I am as a person, in a strategic way. I now look and handle at tasks, situations, and my team with a different perspective.   She hasn’t changed me as a person, but has utilized my current style to refine it, and seeing the transition from when I first started working with her to now has been tremendous. Thanks for the coaching over the past few months. You have been such an amazing influence over my progress particularly as it relates to emotional intelligence. The practicing calm has had an astounding positive impact both personally and professionally. It’s a tough thing to express how great I feel. I just have this feeling of effortlessly gliding through my role. I can feel the effects in my personal interactions internally, with clients and with prospects. I also feel so much more positive and constructive when previously I would have felt irritated and frustrated.

I’ve also moved the “pin on my personal GPS” to extend way beyond the destination I had set for myself in earlier goals.

Working with Kristin truly unlocked barriers that I didn’t know I had. She didn’t let me off the hook, she held me accountable for my own thoughts and actions, something that an internal HR specialist could never do without fear that they would get played back to “management”. Since her only motivation is to improve on what’s already there, she asks questions and provides assignments that make you think about your worth, your value, your unique contributions and how you present those to others around you. She then provides the framework for you to work out for yourself how to get comfortable presenting yourself and managing your ideas that keeps your true essence and experiences in tact, while still taking into account how others perceive you and how they take in information. She motivated me to change because she showed me how it would benefit me. In short, her training has allowed me to stay me, but at the same time feel more valued which has helped me to make greater impacts on our business.

Kristin recently undertook a mentoring assignment that involved ongoing coaching and career planning for two of our senior leaders in the organization. Not only was she attentive to my questions and feedback on the employees, her coaching was directly aligned with the areas of improvement that we had discussed. After two months under her guidance, both employees showed measurable improvement in the areas that were outlined from the onset, and both were extremely excited to have someone like Kristin available to them on an ongoing basis. We’ve since asked Kristin to assist us with some organizational planning for the senior leadership team, which speaks volumes to the impact she’s already made.

Those words, and her holistic coaching have not only guided my career, but permeated throughout all aspects of my life. Kristin is transformational. Her greatest gift – beyond even her incredible smarts and true dedication to coaching – is an innate ability to listen and perfectly ‘play back’ what you’ve said in a way that helps you see it differently. My eight weeks with her did more for my career than 8 years of standard managerial relationships, and I am a more complete, happy person as a result of the time we spent together.
